Refresh widget at local midnight so the daily total resets

The widget has updatePeriodMillis=0 and only redraws when the stored
data changes (the "+" button, app edits, or a Pebble sync). Nothing
changes at midnight, so the widget kept showing yesterday's oz total
until the next interaction. The day boundary already uses
LocalDate.now()/ZoneId.systemDefault(), so the math was correct — only
the recompute was missing.

Add a DayChangeReceiver that calls updateAll() on DATE_CHANGED (local
midnight), plus TIMEZONE_CHANGED and TIME_SET to cover travel and clock
changes.
