docs: add Clean Architecture assessment (#587)

Evaluate the Archon codebase against Robert C. Martin's Clean
Architecture principles (Dependency Rule, concentric layers, SOLID,
component cohesion/coupling, boundaries). Maps packages/services/apps
onto the layers with verified file:line evidence.

Headline: the core (keymaster/gatekeeper) is provably framework-ignorant
and frameworks are deferred to the composition root. Overall grade A-,
with the notable seam that Gatekeeper hard-codes new CipherNode() while
Keymaster injects Cipher as an interface.
