feat(openalex builder): carry the reconstructed abstract in records

Records gain an 'ab' field (the same reconstructed, 2000-char-capped abstract
used for the index). The browser can then re-derive a work's indexed text
(title + abstract + authors + venue) to verify a query match locally — letting a
search seed candidates from the rarest trigrams and confirm them without fetching
the common trigrams' (multi-MB) postings. Builds clean; only the next rebuild
picks it up, so the running corpus is unaffected.
