Fix DeprecationWarning for non-None return from test cases on Python 3.14+ (#237)

Extract test method bodies in PickleCacheTestMixin into _check_* helpers
that return values. The test_* methods call the helpers without returning.
Subclass overrides call self._check_*() instead of super().test_*().

Fixes #235
