* Implement client-side PDF generation for QuickPlot using jsPDF

* Add fitExtent, rotation and scale support to QuickPlot client-side PDF generation

* Fix QuickPlot checkbox layout and DPI select controlled value

* Hide QuickPlot legend checkbox for client-side PDF generation

* Add coordinate labels, scale bar improvements, and custom disclaimer to client-side QuickPlot PDF

* Tidy formatting

* Support legend element if active map has a MapGuide OL layer

* Fix tests
