  Fix test failures under Mock::Sub 1.08

  return_value => undef returns the mocked sub's args (not undef) on
  1.08, so the croak/warn-on-undef paths in t/20, t/60, t/68 and t/85
  never fired. Replace those mocks with local typeglob overrides; pin
  Mock::Sub to 1.09.
