fix(info): read ssid from network object and drop worker from info/discover (#27)

- info/discover relied on undocumented legacy top-level ssid/worker_name;
  read SSID from the canonical network.ssid and stop showing worker
  (worker is pool info, available via the `pool` command)
- fix stale /api/version comment in update (calls /api/info)
- log prefix now uses device hostname instead of removed worker field
