fix(stats): drop pool/worker/lifetime fields removed from /api/stats (#25)

- v0.25 moved pool host/port/worker/wallet and difficulty into /api/pool
  and removed lifetime_shares; stats printed them as blank/zero
- best diff no longer shows the pool-diff multiplier (pool diff is in `pool`)
- keep asic_* fields (returned on ASIC boards)
