fix(update): exit on terminal check outcome instead of hanging (#23)

- /api/update/status reports an outcome enum; the check poll exits once
  last_check_ts advances and outcome != "unknown", then branches on it
- no_asset reports "no firmware published for this board"; check_failed
  surfaces a check error; previously a non-ok check looped forever
- bound the check and trigger waits with a 30s context backstop
