fix(flash): write wifi/display/provisioned nvs keys to bb_cfg namespace (#21)

- the device /api/manifest places wifi_ssid, wifi_pass, display_en, and
  provisioned in the bb_cfg namespace; firmware reads them there
- previously written to taipanminer, leaving devices unprovisioned
