fix(chats): mark chat as read when clicking close button

The close button handler now calls api.del('/chats/{roomId}/state')
before switching away from the chat. Previously, closing a chat
without first receiving a message (which would set Chats.newMessage)
would leave the chat marked unread in the sidebar.
