* feat(core/client): expose a wrapped fetch method in MedplumClient

This will enable hooking into the token refresh and provide an "adapter interface"
for external graphql clients

* remove comment

* retain `GET` method on content following

* [autofix.ci] apply automated fixes

* Cleanup
