Note: commander declares a requirement on Node.js `>=22.12`, citing
`require(esm)`.  However, I believe this is supported on `^20.19 ||
>=22.12` and will continue to support Node.js 20 as long as it doesn't
require extra effort.  Furthermore, since ESM packages based on this
template don't need `require(esm)`, Any version of Node 20 or 22 should
work.

BREAKING CHANGE: Require Node.js ^20.19 || >=22.12.
