fix(mining): warmup loop in bench helpers — match live cache state at boot (#460)

- pr #459 fixed the bench math but boot ceiling still trailed live bench by 6-27% (s2 worst at +27.2%); cause was cold icache at boot vs warm at runtime
- both bench helpers (ahb sha256_hw_bench_pass2, dport sha256_hw_dport_bench_pass2) now run a 200-iter discard warmup before starting the timer
- normalizes cache state across boot and live calls; boot ceiling should now match a fresh live bench within ~1-2%
- iter cost negligible (~0.2 ms total at measured rates); invisible to boot time
- no behavior change for callers (signature/semantics unchanged)
