Fix fya one-shot completion edge cases (#2)

* fix: avoid fya stdin hang and early tool completion

Prefer positional text prompts before reading stdin so open pipes do not block one-shot runs. Track Claude stop reasons and wait for the post-tool end_turn before idle completion.

* fix: terminate text output with newline

Match claude print-mode text output by appending one trailing newline when the collected result does not already include one.

* test: cover text output write errors

Add stream writer error-path coverage for text result and trailing newline writes.
