Rename events_url_authorized_groups → events_url_authorized_roles in stores.md

The setting heading in stores.md was the only entry whose name
didn't match the actual Store model field. The ManyToManyField
on Store, the API serializer key and every internal reference all
read events_url_authorized_roles — operators following the doc and
POSTing {"events_url_authorized_groups": [...]} to the API would
silently fail to set the field.

Also reworded the body from "A list of group names" to "A list of
Role names", with a link to pbac.md. The underlying table is still
Django's auth Group, but everywhere in the operator-facing UI it
is now labelled Role.
