docs: add GetSeq (gapless sequences) across site, README, and docs/ (#587)

* docs(site): add GetSeq (gapless sequences) alongside GetTs

Reframe the marketing site as two primitives sharing one engine:
strictly monotonic timestamps (get_ts) and gapless, dense sequences
(get_seq).

- index.html: hero, meta/og/twitter/JSON-LD descriptions, "What's a
  TSO?" copy, a new "Gapless sequences" feature card, the gRPC-client
  card, and a get_seq paragraph in the how-it-works section.
- _index.md + config.toml: SEO title/description name gapless sequences.
- how-it-works.md: new "Gapless sequences" section covering the dense
  per-key counter, the gapless/contiguous/never-reused contract, the
  non-idempotent SeqUncertain tradeoff, and driver support; embeds a new
  get-seq-flow diagram.
- get-seq-flow.json: d3 sequence diagram parallel to get-ts-flow.
- New post gapless-sequences-with-getseq.md (weight 3); existing posts
  3-7 bumped to 4-8.

Availability is documented for the file and openraft drivers (OmniPaxos
on the roadmap); merge with or after openraft dense support so the site
does not claim raft-replicated GetSeq before it ships.

Companion to the site reframe: officially document the GetSeq dense,
gapless sequence RPC across the repo-root docs, alongside GetTs.

- README.md: tagline + a "Gapless sequences" feature bullet, a get_seq
  quickstart line, and a sequences paragraph in "What's a TSO?".
- overview.md: opening framing covers both primitives.
- client-api-and-usage.md: new "GetSeq — dense, gapless sequences"
  section (SeqBlock, non-idempotency/SeqUncertain, driver support) and
  the InvalidSeqKey/SeqUncertain ClientError variants.
- interface-reference.md: full GetSeq RPC wire reference (request/
  response/error tables); TsoService is now three RPCs.
- driver-comparison.md: dense-support matrix row (file + openraft ... (continued)
