fix(diag): report nonce-domain kH/s in /api/diag/benchmark (closes TA-395) (#455)

- previous khs was 1/us_per_op = sha-block-ops/sec, not nonces/sec (3x overstated on bitcoin double-sha)
- khs now iters * 1000 / duration_us (matches /api/info sha_khs_ceiling convention)
- adds sha_kops_per_sec surfacing the prior misleading value under an honest name (1e6 / us_per_op = ops/s)
- host test invariant: sha_kops_per_sec / (khs * 1000) ~= 3 — prevents drift back
- closes ta-395 (microbench overstates ceiling)
- api shape change: new field, redefined meaning for khs — only known consumer is curl (webui button was deferred)
