fix(codacy): exclude project docs from Agentlinter analysis

Codacy's Agentlinter tool is designed to enforce style rules for AI-agent
prompts (no undefined acronyms, no absolute rules without escape hatches,
etc.). It doesn't apply to project documentation aimed at human developers
— domain acronyms like AAD, PDE, AST, SWIG are defined by surrounding
context and a directory tree saying 'always built' is a fact, not an
absolute rule that needs an escape hatch.

Add CLAUDE.md, .claude/**, and doc/** to .codacy.yml exclude_paths.
