docs(claude): update .claude/ docs for new multi-project structure

The DAL refactor moved code from top-level dirs (dal/, public/, tests/,
examples/, externals/, config/, cmake/) into four sub-projects
(dal-cpp/, dal-public/, dal-python/, dal-excel/). Update internal
documentation to reflect the new layout.

Updated:
- CLAUDE.md: rewrote build commands, test runners (ctest with
  dal_cpp_tests + dal_public_tests instead of bin/test_suite),
  workspace-level options, and full architecture section to describe
  the four sub-projects and their dependency graph.
- .claude/methodology/{aad,yield_curve,underdetermined_search}.md:
  updated all file-map paths to dal-cpp/dal/... form.
- .claude/rules/code-style.md: updated Machinist invocation paths.
- .claude/rules/unit-test-style.md: replaced single test_suite binary
  with the per-sub-project test binaries (dal_cpp_tests,
  dal_public_tests, dal_excel_tests) and updated file layout.
- .claude/rules/git-commit-pr.md: replaced bin/test_suite with
  bin/dal_cpp_tests in the test-plan checklist.
- .claude/agents/*.md: updated path references in all eight agent
  definitions (dal-cpp/dal/..., dal-cpp/tests/..., dal-cpp/examples/...,
  dal-public/src/..., dal-excel/auto/...).
- .claude/skills/{dal-commit-and-pr,dal-unit-test-write}/SKILL.md:
  same path / binary-name updates.

Added historical-document banners to:
- .claude/refactor/phase0-*.md (snapshot of pre-refactor baseline)
- .claude/designs/adept-aad-backend.md (predates the refactor)
