build(docs): refresh docs-kit generation flow (#223)

Mirrors humanspeak/svelte-virtual-list#400 for the table docs site.

- Bump @humanspeak/docs-kit 2026.5.38 -> 2026.5.46.
- Replace the custom sitemap.xml route with docs-kit's shared
  createSitemapResponse helper.
- Feed concrete /compare/<slug> routes into sitemapManifestPlugin via
  extraPages so the manifest no longer emits a /compare/[slug] placeholder.
- Move social-card generation into socialCardsPlugin (with per-competitor
  compare cards), replacing the standalone generate-social-cards.ts script.
- Remove the dead /social-cards preview route and its OG.svelte wrapper,
  plus the now-unused generate-social and social:watch package scripts.

Verified: pnpm --filter docs build (exit 0) regenerates 6 compare og +
6 twitter cards and writes concrete /compare/<slug> sitemap entries.
