Fix demo data loading: register twzipcode-data locales as dynamic require targets

The demo build bundles twzipcode-data, which loads locale data via a computed
dynamic require (require('./' + locale + '/counties')). Rollup cannot resolve
that statically, so the deployed demo threw 'Could not dynamically require
./zh-tw/counties' and the selects were empty. Add
commonjsOptions.dynamicRequireTargets to the demo build and rebuild docs/.

This complements the library build fix; the same root cause affected both.
