refactor: remove ReturnTypeWillChange attributes

Remove #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attributes from ArrayAccess methods in src/Asset.php and add an explicit mixed return type to offsetGet. This cleans up redundant attributes now that native return types are used and avoids relying on the polyfill attribute; no behavioral changes intended.
