Test constrained primitives in TypeScript (#643)

We add live tests to establish that TypeScript generator generates
corect code for constrained primitives. This is necessary so that we
have a solid baseline for adding the support for list of primitives.

The tests revelead that we did not transpile the length of byte arrays.
This is due to the fact that the AAS meta-model did not use any
constrained byte arrays, and we only covered the necessary cases.

In this change, we also transpile the length of byte arrays for
completeness of the tests.
