fix(tests): restore auth.cy.js afterEach + chain cy.wait through Cypress queue

- auth.cy.js: add afterEach Radio.stopReplying so the per-test override
  doesn't leak into other specs in the same component-test run. (The
  earlier removal was over-corrective; with only one spec there's no
  false-pass risk from the cleanup.
- response-cache.cy.js: replace  plus
   inside the .then with
  followed by  — keeps everything in the Cypress command queue
  instead of mixing raw-Promise and Cypress flows.
