fix(esp32): single-core board bring-up fixes (#314)

- clamp update_check/ota_pull worker task core to tskNO_AFFINITY on
  single-core targets (core 1 trips configASSERT in xTaskCreatePinnedToCore)
- bb_wifi: apply hostname after STA netif creation so DHCP/mDNS use it
  instead of the default "espressif"
- bb_wifi: add CONFIG_BB_WIFI_POWER_SAVE choice (default min-modem)
