Switch from front-matter to gray-matter

It complies more with YAML spec.

With this, now "title: 2001: A Space Odyssey" will be properly escaped
in the front matter, automatically.

Also, excerpts are supported by gray-matter, out-of-box (Though with
some overhead).

Other than updating front-matter callsites, a few more changes:

- Add a scary TODO block to parseTextEntry. The problem surfaced itself
when matter rejected undefined as the first parameter.

- Delete some unused imports

- Fix checking existence of notes collection in contentEditor (was
always trying to create notes collection)

- Delete buildFrontMatter helper now that gray-matter handles it
perfectly

- Finally remove the quotes surrounding the title override in post
creation. The whole point.
