Update catalog_controller with a new semantic_search method:

It connects to the external VM that hosts the embedding model
and encodes the user's query to a vector
It uses the knn search in solr to run a semantic search using the
new solr /semantic handler https://github.com/pulibrary/pul_solr/tree/catalog-denseVector
