test(glob): add Path.wildcard oracle property

Existing properties cover positive matches and non-crashing behavior
under arbitrary input, but nothing pinned Glob.match?/2 to an
independent implementation — a regex-escape regression could pass all
existing checks while silently over-matching. Add a property that
builds a real file tree under System.tmp_dir!() and asserts parity with
Path.wildcard/1 on each generated file. Generators restrict to
lowercase alphanumeric segments and a curated pattern list so the
comparison stays portable across case-insensitive filesystems and
avoids dotfile semantics in Path.wildcard.
