* cleanup scope in instctrl
* cleanup forge/virtualmachines
* cleanup forge/containers
* cleanup services
* cleanup ingresses and hostname romoved
* cleanup in spec definitions
* removed ContainersSpec definition
* added flag in instctl for setting auth annotation of the ingress
* removed scope in frontend
