Fix simple example helper imports

Remove the stale max_iter import from the hand-written 01_simple example program. Runtime dimension defaults are now exported as max_iter__default, and this program did not use the old max_iter helper constant directly.

Verified with the 01_simple CMake build plus focused Python checks.
