feat(sourceimages): add keepHash option and align copy with API spec

Add keepHash option to addDynamicMetaData() and deleteDynamicMetaData() for updating/removing dynamic metadata in place without changing the image hash.

Switch copy() from the COPY verb to POST /sourceimages/{org}/{hash}/copy per the official spec (firewall-friendly proxy, no public API change).

Fix deleteDynamicMetaData() which passed options in the payload slot, so deletePrevious never reached the API as a query parameter.
