chore(bench): add Frame.split/1 regression benchmark

Reconstructs the pre-spec-compliance implementation (single `\n\n`
delimiter, whole-buffer CRLF normalisation) and runs it next to
the production split/1 across realistic stream shapes. Catches
regressions like the one fixed in the previous commit.

Run with: mix run bench/split_bench.exs
