Improve editor navigation and unsaved state

- Add unsaved-change tracking with browser and editor navigation warnings

- Make the editor toolbar sticky

- Add SVG viewBox zoom, pan, reset controls and wheel scroll prevention

- Add focused tests for dirty state, toolbar rendering and canvas viewBox logic

- Allow the backend to roll forward to newer local .NET runtimes
