* feat!: SDK v4 — sunset deployments package, prune apply API

Move all type definitions and the chains map from the deployments
package into the sdk, and drop the deployments package entirely. The
fetch helpers (fetchRole, fetchRolesMod, plus the subgraph/id helpers
they depend on) are inlined into the app package since the sdk no longer
talks to the subgraph. getCowQuote now requires `avatar` and `owner`
on its request instead of resolving them from the subgraph.

BREAKING CHANGE: removes from the sdk public API: planApply,
planApplyRole, planExtendRole, callsPlannedForApply,
callsPlannedForApplyRole, encodeCalls, and the Call type. The internal
target/diff and target/calls modules become dead code and are deleted
with them.

Drops the current integration tests so the eip712 tests from the
contracts-v3 branch can land in the empty package shell.

* docs: rework SDK docs around the Zodiac SDK workflow

Reframe the getting started, api, architecture, and swaps pages so the
Zodiac SDK is the documented path: install + zodiac init + zodiac pull +
@zodiac-os/sdk/allow + constellation/push. The eth-sdk +
zodiac-roles-sdk/kit flow is still mentioned for existing projects but
marked deprecated.

Also swap the index page Pilot callout for a www.zodiac.eco link and
update the starter-kit references to the new
zodiac-constellation-template (including the empty-state CTA in the
app's RolesList).
