chore(deps): bump breadboard to v0.41.0 + shrink mbedTLS record sizes (#437)

- breadboard v0.41.0 brings bb_ota_pull partial_http_download (4 KB Range
  GETs) so the TLS peer can keep records small.
- lower CONFIG_MBEDTLS_SSL_IN_CONTENT_LEN 16384→8192 and
  CONFIG_MBEDTLS_SSL_OUT_CONTENT_LEN 4096→1024 to drop peak mbedtls IN-buffer
  alloc from ~17 KB to ~9 KB. fixes the recurring OTA-pull alloc(16749 bytes)
  failure on no-PSRAM boards (tdongle-s3, esp32-wroom32) under fragmented
  internal heap. bitaxes (PSRAM) keep working as-is.
