refactor: refine LLM prompt and request configuration

- Simplify system prompt for clarity and consistent formatting.
- Update `get_facets` parameters (temperature 0, top_k 1) to improve
  output reliability.
- Add error handling for API requests and JSON parsing.
- Remove redundant string cleaning of LLM response.
