feat(organizations): allow users to remove organization link via DELETE endpoint

Add DELETE /organizations/{address} endpoint that removes the authenticated
user's link to the organization and decrements the org user counter. Any user
with any role in the organization can invoke this endpoint.

Add HasAnyRoleFor method on User type for authorization check.
