chore(deps): bump git_hoox to 0.4.2

0.4.2 closes stdin before invoking shell hooks, which fixes a 30s
hang when the hook command itself reads stdin (e.g. `mado check`):
under 0.2.0 the Erlang port pipe stayed open and the child blocked
indefinitely.
