Merging some pending features, before I do the refactor for feature computation (#68)

* Added parameters for different durations for LF and AP feature calculation.

* Added todo

* Included Np2 probe geometry in the calculations.

* Added some TODOs for sdsc utils

* Corrected the sampling frequency for csd calculations

* Added the cadzow filter

* Added log summarizer function

* Add LF spatial filter passthrough

* Update setup output directory tests for split durations

* Updated tests to include the new change that you need to have both duration_ap and duration_lf. Also fixing the version of h5py, to be compatible with dartsort

* Ruff formatting, and added that to unit tests as well

* Compute max_ap and max_lf time irrespective of duration values. And change the default values of lfp duration to 25
