* fix: correct caching logic when car_captured_timestamp is in the future

When a vehicle reports a timestamp far in the future, MQTT event
updates to charging and driving range are silently dropped, as the
event timestamp always appears older than the snapshot.

Skip the caching logic when car_captured_timestamp exceeds the
allowed clock skew tolerance (4h), and emit a warning.
