fix(compress): preserve source file mode on compressed backups under umask (#107)

compressLogFile created the destination file with srcInfo.Mode() but did not chmod it
afterwards, so a non-zero umask masked permission bits and the compressed backup could
end up more restrictive than the source log file. This is the same issue that was fixed
for newly created log files in openNew (#91); apply the same explicit chmod here.
