Provider: Add "Cancel Visit" button (#9213)

* Annotate appointment as WithId

It would be an error to try to update appointments that don't have an ID
present, so let's annotate them to represent this fact.

This button invokes the endpoint added in
https://github.com/medplum/medplum/pull/9157 to cancel the appointment
and delete any related slots.

Implementation notes
--------------------
- Added a specialized `<SideDrawer />` component that includes the
  awkward styling needed to add a button at the bottom of the drawer.
