singlemachine: Don't cleanup when setup ends

Calling cleanup when setup ends destroys the cluster and prevents
it from being used for developement.  This commit replaces the
call to cleanup with a call that deletes all the instances created
by setup and some instructions for how to begin developing with the
new cluster.
