docs: correct tsoracle quickstart and surface OmniPaxos driver (#480)

`tsoracle serve` with no driver subcommand prints help and exits — it is not a working start command. The working forms are bare `tsoracle` (which routes to the file driver) and `tsoracle serve file`. Update the site landing page, both READMEs, and the two posts that carried the misleading example.

Also bring the landing page in line with the current driver matrix: the `tsoracle-driver-paxos` crate has been production-grade alongside `tsoracle-driver-openraft` for some time, but the "Pluggable consensus" feature card and "Hardening" line both still named only openraft. Mirror the repo README so the landing page advertises both backends.
