[feature] Add user account expiration #499

Implement user account expiration with automated deactivation and notification emails.

This feature includes:

- A new `expiration_date` field on the User model with past-date validation.
- Celery tasks for deactivating expired users and sending reminder emails.
- Exposure of `expiration_date` in the admin interface and API serializers.
- New email templates for expiration and reminder notices.
- A new setting `OPENWISP_USERS_EXPIRATION_WARNING_DAYS` to configure reminder timing.
- Daily Celery beat schedules for the expiration tasks.
