docs(native): note ErrVerifierFailed and ErrVerifierFailedToRun are mutually exclusive

A single Verifier call returns one or the other, never both. Helps
downstream callers that discriminate verification mismatches from
infrastructure errors via errors.Is — no need to defend against
joined trees that mix the two.
