fix: resolve ruff and mypy linting issues

- Add exception chaining (from e/from None) in except blocks (B904)
- Remove unused type: ignore comments
- Add type argument to PromptSession generic (type-arg)
- Remove unused console variables and MagicMock import
- Fix test isolation by clearing EMAIL_ env vars
