fix: streamline summary generation with persistent hints (#116)

* refactor: streamline summary generation with persistent hints

*   Refactor `generateSummary` to use the model's `m.hint` property
directly, removing the redundant `userMessage` parameter.
*   Update `initialPromptViewModel` to pre-fill the input with the
current `m.hint`, allowing users to edit previous instructions during
regeneration.
*   Update unit tests to reflect the new state management logic for
hints.

* refactor: move prompt preparation outside of tea.Cmd

Move prompt construction logic outside the returned anonymous function
in `generateSummary`. This prevents potential data races by ensuring
the prompt data is fully evaluated before the asynchronous command
execution begins.

* Update internal/ui/prompt_view.go
