docs(openraft): refresh standalone integration docs to current API (#407)

The openraft integration prose lagged three refactors:

- raft() accessor became metrics() -> WatchReceiverOf (#296)
- HighWaterCommand::Bump became Advance(AdvancePayload { at_least }) (#323)
- the StandaloneRouter/router.rs wrapper was deleted in favor of generic
  NodeId -> endpoint resolution via OpenraftDriver::with_peers (#325)

Updated consensus-integration.md and testing-and-examples.md to match,
including rewriting the stale "compose-the-driver" bullet (which described
StandaloneRouter) as generic endpoint resolution via with_peers.
